My journey started with productivity—helping people focus, achieve more, and build better habits. But as I worked with leaders and teams, I realized something deeper: productivity isn’t enough.
We need growth. We need connection. We need meaning.
That realization led me to the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned my master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology—becoming one of the first 600 people in the world to do so. My research became the first to rigorously study how leaders shape meaningful work.
My mission is simple: to unlock the power of meaningful work to drive peak performance and build cultures of innovation, resilience and growth.
